A cosy and comfortable 70m²  annex to our Palazzo, entrance from via Butera 42. It overlooks via Butera and is flooded with light.
Located on the first floor, the apartment has three short flights of stairs leading up to it (no elevator).
It includes: an entrance hall, a kitchen-diner, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.

The apartment is supplied with cleaning products and basic pantry provisions.
We offer a weekly cleaning service.
